US Senator James Lankford, Chairman of the Senate Values Action Team and a member of the Senate Finance Committee, secured an important policy provision for charitable giving in the One Big Beautiful Bill. Lankford led efforts to restore and make permanent a tax deduction for non-itemizers up to $2,000 per couple. This change will enable donations to our SWOK MOAA Scholarship fund to be tax deductible up to $2000 per couple.
