This scholarship is intended to provide additional financial support for a sophomore (Military Science II) ROTC enrolled student with demonstrated character, leadership and academics who is projected to contract the following (junior) year and thus be subject to future military service upon commissioning.

We did not award this scholarship in 2024 due to no eligible cadets.
