We are proud to share that MOAA was recognized in the Grassroots category. This distinction highlights the strength and credibility of our collective advocacy — whether you joined us for Advocacy in Action, contacted your elected officials through the Legislative Action Center, or helped amplify our message within your local councils and chapters.

This recognition also caps a year of meaningful progress, including: major gains in caregiver and veteran support, implementation of the targeted pay raise for junior enlisted servicemembers, preserving key student-veteran protections, and improving TRICARE coverage.

As we look ahead to 2026, MOAA remains focused on sustaining this momentum, continuing to advance our advocacy to protect the service-earned pay and benefits of our nation’s uniformed services and veteran communities.
